Well, I’m sitting here and looking at the thermometer seeing 48 degrees, and hoping that that can drop, o let’s say 40 degrees??? Ha! In my dreams.
Even though its not supposed to get extremely cold tonight, once the cold front moves through overnight, expect cooler temperatures not getting above freezing after Monday morning. Any rain will change to snow overnight, but little, if any accumulation is expected.
Before we experience our temperature decrease, we may have some exciting weather tonight. A line of thunderstorms as of 4pm was centered on the OH/IN border and moving eastward. While they were severe earlier this afternoon, as they move eastward towards our area, it will be more stable so therefore don’t expect severe weather, although a rumble of thunder can’t be ruled out this evening.
Other than that, nothing else exciting will be happening any time soon. A few small winter storms this week may bring us an inch or two of snow throughout the week, but no huge storms are forecast any time in the near future. Enjoy your Sunday night!
