The Storm Prediction Center has us once again under the slight risk of severe weather this afternoon as a warm front will be lifting across the area. I personally don’t think we will see too much in the way of severe weather today, only an isolated storm or two like yesterday. Nevertheless, any rain we do get today will be heavy because of all the moisture in the air. This may lead to some flooding on roadways should the rain stay over an area for a long period of time. Use extra caution should this occur. It will be warm and muggy today with a high around 85 degrees. As painful as this is for me to say (I know so many people love heat) today is going to be one of the coolest days in the upcoming 7 days. We will see highs hover right around 90 for the next several days, so crank up that AC. Summer is here. Have a good day everyone.
