After a lot of hot weather recently, it sure is nice to report a cool evening. The cold front passed through this evening, and sparked some showers, but we once again escaped the severe weather. Tonight will be beautiful…lows in the upper 50s and clear skies. However, tomorrow will once again warm into the mid 80s but will be much less humid. The next chance of rain will be late in the week or the weekend. Enjoy this!

Overnight Storm Potential
Posted by ns62590 on June 10, 2008
We dodged a bullet this evening as the severe weather just missed our area. Portions of our area to the west were under severe weather advisories this evening and some damage was reported in the Cleveland National Weather Service area. There is still unstable air out there tonight, and the ingredients are available for some thunderstorms to develop through the overnight hours and all the way up until the time the front passes by tomorrow afternoon. Therefore, be on your guard. Pay attention to the weather around you and if any severe weather bulletins come out – I will post an update on the blog.
