Just A Little Longer

Posted by ns62590 on October 28, 2008

Our blast of Winter weather will continue overnight tonight into Wednesday, but as we head into the end of the week, should be back to more fall-like weather. While some may see an inch or two wet accumulation but only on grass surfaces. However, be careful in the morning driving as it may be a little slippery. However, to brighten things up, the sun will return Thursday and Friday and by the weekend we may see temperatures in the 50s or near 60. Have a good and safe Wednesday!

Minor Snowfall

Posted by ns62590 on October 28, 2008

We had our fair share of rain today, and overnight through tomorrow that will be some snow too. However, since it is still October, we can’t expect much in the way of snowfall accumulations from this week’s lake effect event. Most solid surfaces are still too warm to support snow. However, over the next day or so we can see an inch or two of snow add up on the grassy surfaces at any time, but it won’t stay around long. For Tuesday we will see off and on rain and snow showers with a high of about 40 degrees. We will also see some breezy conditions too, making it a little colder than it already is. On that note, stay warm and dry out there Youngstown!
