We saw another two inches of snow fall today in the Mahoning Valley and that was preceding tonight’s cold snap as temperatures will dip to around 5 for an overnight low. However, the winds have died down, so the wind chill won’t be as drastic as previously forecast, but will still be cold; about -2 to -5. However, this won’t be as cold as the next system which will spread another 2 to 4 inches of snow over the area later Wednesday into Thursday morning. Behind this, on Thursday night and Friday will be the coldest weather this area has seen in awhile. Our air temperature Thursday night will be around -5, and Friday’s highs will be close to a whopping 4 degrees!!! Stay warm and safe out there Youngstown!!!
