The cloudy skies have filtered in and will remain with us for the day Tuesday. Off and on showers will be in the forecast overnight and for your Tuesday. Highs will make it to about 54 degrees, so it will be damp and cool. However, things will turn around for the better as we head into the middle and end of the week.

We had an absolutely gorgeous weekend, but the clouds and precipitation will begin again as we go into your Monday. We will see some light rain beginning tomorrow during the late afternoon hours, with a better chance for the evening. Highs will be around 50 degrees. However, it will be cold for the morning rush hour as lows overnight will dip to about 26 degrees.

Ending the Snow

After a dangerous morning, the snow will be on the decrease overnight into Wednesday morning. However, we will still see a few more flurries around tonight and into the morning hours. Even when the snow ends, the forecast will keep mostly cloudy conditions for the rest of the afternoon. It won’t get very warm, as temperatures will remain below average and highs will be around 47 degrees.

Our forecast for your Sunday night and Monday morning will be rain, with maybe a rumble of thunder. Temperatures will remain steady in the middle to upper 40s tonight, but then fall during Monday late morning and afternoon into the mid 30s. The rain will mix with, and change to snow and could set us up with 1 to 3 inches of wet snow by Tuesday night. However, since the ground is warm, major accumulations are not expected.

Weather for the first half of the weekend looks fantastic as we will see sunny skies and temperatures near 50 degrees. While it’s a few degrees below average, we will take it after our sloppy Friday. It will remain a little breezy with winds of 15 to 25 mph.

Thursday will be just a spectacular day as temperatures will be 15 to 20 degrees above normal! We will see partly cloudy skies with temperatures near 70 degrees. The sunshine won’t last long as another storm system will bring rain to the region late Thursday night through Friday. Enjoy the springtime warmth while it lasts….snow is possible next week!
